Video TranscriptionThe universal inserts are designed to bridge the gap with smaller diameter pipe so that you can use all the Fishmaster 1.9 inch accessories on smaller tubing. Each pack comes with a set of 1.66 inch inserts and 1.32 inch inserts. Simply insert the desired size plastic sleeve into the bracket of this accessory and you can now use this item on a smaller tube.

Shipping Information
Most packages ship via FedEx. When you place your order, you will have a choice of delivery timeframes (Ground, Second day, etc.). You will also receive an order confirmation which will allow you to track your shipment's progress. Keep in mind that while most items ship same day, some products require longer time to ship. International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and any other related import fees.
Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, give us a call within 30 days and we can issue you an RMA. Because we are constantly striving to improve our products to meet the needs of our customers, we ask that you provide us with feedback regarding your return. Warranty
Most products come with a 5-YEAR warranty. For any products that arrive scratched, bent, or dented we'll replace upon thorough inspection. Please refer to the Warranty Policy for more information.

Our universal inserts come with 4 shims in total, two of these will make up a pair which is what you will need to change the size.
We should have these back in stock by the end of this month, if you still need to return the rod holder please call us at 877-777-8693 to create you a return packing slip for the item.
We are hoping to have them all back in by the end of July. Feel free to request a backorder or check the website for availability.
