Using Fishmaster Patent #7418918, the Original Folding T-Top is crafted with a second fold in the canopy. Not found on any other t-top on the market, this double fold aids in fast and easy storage. When you are ready to get back on the water, simply unfold the top to provide instant protection against sun or rain. For added folding ease, we recommend purchasing a set of quick release knobs. This folding design is ideal for areas such as dry dock storage, utility or garage storage, water access under bridges, and other low clearance problems.

The canvas T-Top cover is manufactured from Sunbrella® material with brass grommets that provide a guide to fasten to the tower structure. Rope lashing is included to securely hold this canopy canvas in place. Cordage is constructed of twisteda black nylon 6 material that has a high yield strength.
Optimum strength to weight ratio
Fishmaster T-Tops are made of 1.90" Aviation and Marine grade 6061-T6 extruded aluminum. This material yields a ttop structure that is strong enough to handle choppy waters while being light enough for an easy fold. To protect against degradation of the outdoors these are bright dipped and anodized providing high luster polished finish. Hard to imagine this level of quality can come from a couple boxes that are shipped to your door step in just a couple corrugated cartons!

Most packages ship via FedEx. When you place your order, you will have a choice of delivery timeframes (Ground, Second day, etc.). You will also receive an order confirmation which will allow you to track your shipment's progress. Keep in mind that while most items ship same day, some products require longer time to ship. International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and any other related import fees.

The Fishmaster T-Top will fit all fishing boats with center consoles up to 50" wide. The innovative design allows the side legs to adjust to any width up to 50". The legs on each side (front to back) are 27.5" apart (center to center), and 31.5" apart (outsides of mounting feet). You will need a flat floor between these dimensions, on each side of the console, to mount the T-Top. If you have a step close to the center console, or your floor is not flat you will probably need a custom T-Top made if the mounting feet are at different levels. Normally about five minutes. There are two bolts that need to be removed from each of the four legs for the T-Top to fold forward. Then two bolts are removed from each side of the top section to allow it to fold. Only one bolt is required for each location except when used in rough water or when over 20 lbs of accessories are attached to the top. For customers that need to more regularly put their T-Tops up and down a quick release knob kit is available.
The top is 60" wide by 80" long and stands 81" above the floor of the boat. The following links provide detailed drawings of the T-Top dimensions. T-Top Dimensions PDF The T-top with fabric weighs right at 108 lbs with 4 rod holders attached.
The tubing is 1-1/2" schedule 40 pipe with a 1.900" outside diameter. The tube material is 6061-T6 marine grade aluminum that is polished and bright dip anodized which is the industry standard for T-Tops, wakeboard towers, radar arches, tuna towers, etc. All the hardware is 316 grade stainless steel, also a workhorse of the marine industry. The fabric is Sunbrella Marine grade Acrylic.
We have an electronics box available as well as various brackets for the Fishmaster that can be used to mount antenna, radars, etc.
Side doors up to 20" wide and 32" tall will be able to open normally. See the dimension drawings above. If your door is larger we include instructions to make the door easily removed by sliding out like provided on the new Boston Whalers.
All that is needed to install the Fishmaster T-Top is a drill, drill bits, basic hand tools and 3M 5200 Marine Adhesive, all available at your local hardware store. All other hardware and Allen wrenches are provided along with a step by step instruction manual. If you have questions we are happy to help, give us a call at 877-777-Tower. Yes, all tubing is the industry standard 1-7/8" (1.90") outside diameter.
Yes, It was designed for travel at highway speed like all other T-Tops. Since the cover is flat there is very little resistance on the top fabric. We have many customers here in Atlanta that take their boats to the coast (4-7 hours) with their T-Top up on a regular basis and their only complaint is cleaning bugs off the tubing.
Yes, the only difference in installation is use "Sudbury Elastomeric Sealant" from Rule instead of 3M 5200. Most Triumph dealers as well as many marine retailers and online stores carry Sudbury products.
When you say case sizes I believe you are referring to the box dimensions? If so for the Original t-top they are 2 boxes, both are 44x33x10, 50 lbs each.
We should have a windshield by Spring 2020.
No, we offer our Original T-top in polished anodized, powder coated white, and soon will even offer it in textured black.

- Folding t top 0 people found this helpfulReceived my top really fast...yea...installation was not hard..but we did it our way we assembled the whole frame first and carried and put it on the boat..wasn’t too heavy..did some eye ball and ruler adjustments..since my Mako LTS 18 center console was too low...we anchored it to the leg..so we had 9” away from the console so went to Ace hardware and got a 12” drill which worked fine...boat looks awesome great product..great company..so I sent some pics to my classmate in Hawaii..he said he likes it and is planning to order one...
