OK so the rail is 21 inches inside to inside. what is total length over all from tip to tip?

The bracket is 21'' plus the thickness of the metal. The full length of the Universal Accessory Rail is approximately 21 3/8". If you have a t-top that is not a Fishmaster, you could always have a local shop modify this product to better fit your needs.
