Hello, Yes, they will work with the Pro Series. Both the Original and Pro Series have a 1.9" Canopy where the rod holders attach. The legs are where the "beefed up" difference is. When choosing the mount option on the website, you will choose "1.9" Mount (Fits Fishmaster T-Tops)"
